Frequently Asked Questions About Influencer Sales Training Programs

How long is the in-person class?

We recommend a two day class. The first day is typically from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on day two. We also now offer a web series. 4 sessions of 90 minutes each. We will usually do one session a week for 4 weeks but that is up to each individual group. Some prefer that we do 90 minutes every day for four days. Both will work! Finally, we will often do speaking engagements where we tackle just one element and those last from 60 minutes to 4 hours.

What is the ideal class size?

We recommend between 8-20 participants.  The in-person facilitated class and the virtual classroom/web series both have a maximum number of attendees of 20.

Is this class for new or seasoned salespeople?

The strategies and tools we teach are all relatively new – so both seasoned and new sellers have seen better results after taking the class.

Is this only for hotel salespeople?

This class was originally created for hotel sales and marketing professionals. Since it’s creation, we have found that it is also ideal for others – particularly those who sell to hotels, or almost any B2B salesperson. We intentionally keep the class size small so that we are able to tailor the materials to meet the needs of the specific participants. One of our best classes was a combination of tourism salespeople for a local CVB along with hotel salespeople from that market. The ideas exchanged really added to the entire program.

What if I sign up for the web series and have to miss a week?

We record our web sessions so that all participants can have access to all 4 sessions anytime. This is helpful if you are going to need to miss a week but also if you want to go back and review any of the skills or tools.

What’s the difference between the 4 week class and the bootcamp?

The 4 week web series meets at the same time every week, for 90 minutes – as a group.  There are projects that you work on independently in between classes.  The bootcamp is a little more independent.  Every morning by 7am you will receive an assignment for the day.  It is usually a short video to watch or maybe some reading.  Each assignment should only take about 15-20 minutes.  Then once a week, everyone in the bootcamp will get together for a workshop – to ask questions but also to work on a specific project.
