Now available – our monthly 4-week Influencer Sales Training Web series!
Our Influencer Sales Training program is now available online. Each class will still be facilitator-led, but you will be able to take the class from the comfort of your own home or office. We will spend 90 minutes each week learning new approaches and new technology. Buyers have changed – and salespeople need to learn how to engage earlier, position themselves as valuable resources and thought leaders in order to be able to close more sales. This 4-week web series will show you exactly how to do that.
Each week, we will focus on one aspect of our buyer’s new behaviors, the sales strategies we need to use to be seen and heard and some great apps that will help to make the whole process easier.

Dream and Discover – Create Intrigue
Week 1 – Introduction to the new sales funnel, buyer personas and Doodly. We will discover the changes to the buying process and how to adjust our sales strategies to be most appealing at every stage. We also recast our personal brand on LinkedIn - updating our headline, summary, background and additional media to ensure we are targeting the right prospects.
Explore – Position YOU as a valuable resource
Week 2 – The explore phase – content sharing, LinkedIn engagement best practices, Buzzsumo and Snip.ly. When our buyer is in the explore phase, they are looking for input but from valued resources – not salespeople. In this session we will learn how to position ourselves as thought leaders and a valuable business resource for our buyers through sharing the right content. We will also learn how to track the impact our content sharing is having on our audiences.
Inquire – Be first, fabulous and fearless
Week 3 – The inquire phase – how to be first, fabulous and fearless, story telling and Spark Adobe. Our buyer is ready to talk to us – or at least email us. Are we ready to wow our buyer? How quickly do we need to respond? How can we differentiate our solution from all of the competitive noise? The answers to these questions will be shared in this session.
Decide – Tell your story
Week 4 – The decision phase – business writing, words that sell and telling your story. Most communication today is done in writing – how is your writing brand? Are you persuasive? Are you aligning your solution with your buyer’s business goals? How about visuals - do they support what story you are telling? We will learn some best practices around how Influencers close more sales in this final session.
